Happy Birthday Mommy....

My birthday was made extra special with a sweet homemade card made with love by little man...

....and a homemade strawberry cake with cream cheese icing, my favorite!!

I think it might be Miss Ava Kate's favorite cake too!

We celebrated that night with friends and family at concert in the park...

it was soooo HOT....

...but fun was had by all in spite of the heat!!

We celebrated Josh's birthday with a day at Devil's Den....hiking, climbing, a picnic lunch, skipping rocks, and playing in the water!!

We ended the day with a delicious dinner and daddy's favorite chocolate pie!  

Happy Birthday Aunt Anna!!

Aunt Anna turned 21 on January 20th!!! And yes....Josh and I managed to stay up late enough to celebrate with her!

 In honor of her birthday, I made my first attempt at making a cheesecake (her favorite) from scratch!  

Since the cheesecake had WAY too many fat grams for Owen, we also made her low-fat strawberry cupcakes!

Another Birthday...

We celebrated my 30th birthday (or my Forever 29th birthday as I like to refer to it, Ha!) on June 27th!

My birthday was on a Wednesday so unfortunately I spent the day working...but I was showered with gifts and my favorite dinner when I got home!

Josh gets the husband of the year award for surprising me with a new hair dryer and straightener!
