Playdate....

A playdate at the park in April...

....turned out to be a lot hotter than we expected!!

 But that didn't seem to bother the kids!

Play date...

Shortly after Christmas...Charley came over for a play date.  Owen wanted to break in all his new toys and was tired of playing with mommy and daddy! The marshmallow shooters were a hit...and left quite the mess.  I found marshmallows everywhere for about 2 weeks!

It was cold out, but that didn't keep these two from trying out the new play set!

Play date....

On Sunday, we had a play date with Emmie! Owen and Emmie are just 6 days apart and have been in daycare together since they were 12 weeks old. In the past two years, these two have become the very best of friends...everyone at daycare says they're inseparable! What Owen does....Emmie does and vic versa!

Emmie was sick the day of Owen's Birthday party and sadly wasn't able to attend. So....Elizabeth and I planned a play date to surprise the kids. They were soooo excited! This was the first time for them to get together outside of school. They were shy and silly when Emmie first arrived but warmed up quickly. They explored all of Owen's toys for the first little bit and then we headed to the park. They played and played until they were completely worn out! We'll definitely have to plan more play dates in the future....they had a blast!!
