Saturday Fun...

One of the things we love most about Fayetteville is the Farmers Market....

The kids love all the live music and picking out fresh fruit....especially blueberries!

After making our rounds at the Farmer's Market, we decided to head down the street to the library....

Ava Kate loves to do anything her big brother is doing, so of course she had to try the computers too!

They would have picked out 100+ books if I would have let them.....

One of Owen favorite parts....checking out the books all by himself!

Weekend fun....

All ready for the Farmer's Market....

 sweetness...

 my boys....

After the farmer's market we headed to the Fayetteville Library for their summer kick off.  They had lots of fun activities set up for all the kids....Ava Kate was entertained by all the chaos and Owen had a blast going through all the stations and winning a prize at the end.

crafts with daddy...

making an "O" on his door hanger...

checking out the musician...

 getting his hand painted....

he liked the baseball so much that he asked her to paint one on the other hand too...

Ava Kate enjoyed watching everyone and everything, but the balloon was her absolute favorite....

And we couldn't leave the library without a little computer time...

checking out the books all by himself...

jumping the last bit of energy out before heading home for naps....

Farmer's Market

Last weekend, we decided to try out the fat-free cinnamon rolls at the Stonemill Bakery....yes, I said Fat-free! Apparently they make it with fat-free yogurt instead of butter. They were really good and passed the taste test from all three of us. Stonemill also make low-fat blueberry muffins, so we'll definitely be going back! VLCAD has changed our restaurant choices dramatically... so it's always exciting to find a new restaurant where the whole family can eat.

After a delicious breakfast, we headed to the Fayetteville Farmer's Market. This was the first time we've been all summer and Owen didn't really know what to think. He just kept staring at everyone and holding onto Josh's hand!

Such a big boy...

It was so hot that we had to find shade and take a juice break. You can't really tell from the picture, but Owen's head was soak-n-wet with sweat.

checking out all the dogs....
