Happy Happy Birthday!

On Saturday...before tailgating and before the game...we celebrated Judd's 1st Birthday! It was a Razorback Tailgating Party with all the fixins...popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, juice boxes, a Razorback cake, balloons and most importantly 2 bounce houses! The kids had a blast!
The Birthday Boy...

At first...Owen was a little unsure on the big bounce house because of all the big kids. But Aunt Amanda got in with him and once he got warmed up there was no stopping him. He actually threw a fit when it was time to go! (I don't know where he got this attitude!)

Owen also loved playing with all the balloons. His favorite thing was to hit Daddy Feck with the balloon and then run away laughing. He probably did it for a good 10 minutes. I think Daddy Feck enjoyed it just as much as Owen...I tried to get it on video, but he stopped as soon as I got the camera out.

Woo Pig Sooie!!

Football season is finally here!! Razorback games and tailgating are two of our favorite things to do with family and friends...and Owen is actually old enough to enjoy them both this year!

Erin and Mackenzie....
Mackenzie was our littlest tailgater, but she enjoyed it so much that she even went game!!!

Our crazy lil' hog fan!

Owen loves to watch football the daddy. He always says "foooo-ball" and starts cheering.....so we decided to take him to his first Razorback game!! Let's just say, this was has first and last game this season. He watched the game for about 2 seconds and then spent the rest of the time running around. He had a blast but I was exhausted! Ha! We'll try again next year when he's a little older....

College

We've spent a lot of time on the U of A campus this past week. My little sister, Anna, will be a freshman this year, so we had to the privilege of helping her move into Reid....and some how she was lucky enough to get the 9th floor! Ha! Being back on campus with all the new freshman definitely made Josh and I feel really old!

Dorm Room Pics...

The girls kicked off their college experience with Rush! After a week of visiting all the sororities, both Anna and Emily (her roommate) went Tri Delta. So on Saturday we headed to the Greek Theater to celebrate Bid Day.

Owen in the Kitchen

Owen is quite the little helper! I decided to make low-fat chocolate pudding the other night and thought it might me fun to let Owen help.

He's favorite part was licking all the pudding off the spatula and bowl....

the finished product...

He was a mess, but it was totally worth it!!

Farmer's Market

Last weekend, we decided to try out the fat-free cinnamon rolls at the Stonemill Bakery....yes, I said Fat-free! Apparently they make it with fat-free yogurt instead of butter. They were really good and passed the taste test from all three of us. Stonemill also make low-fat blueberry muffins, so we'll definitely be going back! VLCAD has changed our restaurant choices dramatically... so it's always exciting to find a new restaurant where the whole family can eat.

After a delicious breakfast, we headed to the Fayetteville Farmer's Market. This was the first time we've been all summer and Owen didn't really know what to think. He just kept staring at everyone and holding onto Josh's hand!

Such a big boy...

It was so hot that we had to find shade and take a juice break. You can't really tell from the picture, but Owen's head was soak-n-wet with sweat.
