Bikes for Hero's Race....

Bikes for Heroes had their annual 5k and Josh and Owen were the family participants this year! 

Josh ran the 5k and Owen did the 1 mile walk..

Owen's first race...he's getting so big! 

It was a cold morning so we were all anxiously waiting for the race to start...

Yay daddy!  The kids loved watching him run across the finish line... 

Owen was a little nervous about his walk/run and what he was suppose to do....so we all did it with him!  A little family exercise!
